Items purchased via Plover Online must be returned to Plover Online for a full or partial credit valid for 30 days. In certain circumstances (stock availability) an Exchange of size on Full Priced clothing items may be permitted at a Plover store.
Plover will replace items that arrive broken or faulty provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. If your item has arrived broken or faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photograph of the item.
For clothing items, please submit a Return Request within 7 days of receipt to email@example.com outlining:
Date of purchase
Details of fault
(If possible) photograph of fault
Your contact details: name, phone, email.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items must be unwashed and unworn, in their original condition with all tags in place.
Please note that the following items are unable to be returned for a refund/credit or exchange:
- No change-of-mind refunds on Clearance items;
- Items marked as Clearance/Final Sale - (Once an item has gone on Clearance, it is deemed as a Clearance/Final Sale item and will not be returned to full price)
- Sample Items - Items that you are made aware of that are One Offs or Sample items prior to purchasing.
- Items marked as Faulty - Any items marked as Faulty and sold with prior knowledge of fault.
We cannot accept returns on sanitary hygiene, personal care or intimate products such as Lunette Menstrual Cups for hygiene reasons.
