What clears your head and changes your mental gears? What shifts you out of stagnant, frustrated; and back into some sort of flow?

Do you barre? Yoga? Walk? Swim? Do you team sport? Solo sport? Iceberg or Bikram? Can you get there under your own steam or do you need a plan with people to ensure your place at the starting gate?

Do you music or meditate? How do you winter? Why do you in winter? Can you in winter? We really hope you do.

Exercise is not hot bodies (although it is at the time), Instagram moments (they might happen but more often, not) or what you wear (but whatever gets you out there, no judgement here). Exercise is out with the old and in with the who knows what but we guarantee better than before.
